Is it possible to provide a "help desk password reset" functionality through the DSCC, where we can create admin accounts that are ONLY ALLOWED by ACI or other configuration to edit specific user entries? The Documentation seems to hint at the ability to create administrators that have limited rights in the discussion on "Administration Users for DSCC" in the current 18.104.22.168.0 documentation at http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E20295_01/html/821-1220/bcaas.html#scrolltoc
