"java.net.ConnectException: Tried all: 1 addresses, but could not connect" Task Details Page not Showing in Worklistapp, Results in 404 Error in SOA Cluster when One SOA Server is Shutdown (Doc ID 1363223.1)

Symptoms

In a SOA cluster with 2 (or more) SOA servers, task details page is accessible only when both the managed servers are up and running. When one of the managed server is shutdown task details page is not showing results "404 - Page not found error" on the worklistapp. Server log has the following exception reporting the tasks failed to connect to the server which was shutdown.
