Symptoms

The client IP address is not getting logged in the Apache web server error logs when using the WebLogic Server Plug-in v1.0. This happens specifically for the following "FAILOVER_REQUIRED" errors:

[Tue Sep 21 15:27:01 2010] [error] FAILOVER_REQUIRED [line 556 of ap_proxy.cpp]: Service Unavailable
