Editing the System Page by Clicking 'Customize' Hangs (Doc ID 1363875.1)

Goal


The editing / runtime composer customizing of System pages (Profile page) hangs forever, whereas other system pages customization work fine.

That is:
Login to Spaces as admin/ weblogic user and navigate to the top right Administration link -> Pages -> System pages -> My Profile -> Customization, click on About link. When we click on the source mode while editing the page, the page is unable to edit, it hangs.

There are few Runtime customizations performed previously onto the system page.
