Http 304 Response from WebLogic Is delayed by WLS-WebServer Plugin for 30+ Seconds (Doc ID 1364218.1)

Symptoms

If the client access a page and gets the http 304 response, then the client browser would be hanging on this and will not load other resource; which makes for a huge performance impact for clients.

With http returns 200 code, requests are processed successfully without any delay; but it is observed that when the WLS returns Http Response Code 304 to the client 30+ sec delay in processing the response
