Versioned Cookie Cannot be Accessed from Internet Explorer (Doc ID 1364837.1)

Symptoms

Versioned cookies cannot be accessed from Internet Explorer (IE), for an application deployed on WebLogic Server (WLS). This issue can be easily reproduced by using the following code in a simple JSP page:

While accessing the JSP via IE, there will be no issues with version0Cookie, but if you try to retrieve version1Cookie then it will fail.
