"<detail>argument type mismatch</detail>" BPEL To EJB Call With nonBlockingInvoke Property Cause Error (Doc ID 1365145.1)

Last updated on MARCH 08, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle(R) BPEL Process Manager 10g - Version 10.1.2.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When calling an EJB from BPEL through EJB Service, adding nonBlockingInvoke property to true on the EJB Service partner link causes an argument type mismatch error. This occurs only when the EJB has an argument that is of type any Object. Simple primitives types works fine.
