Goal


We have two password policy defined as follows,

Name: Businesscategory policy
Domain: cn=users,dc=com,dc=co
Filter: (businesscategory="0")

Name: Default policy
Domain: cn=users,dc=com,dc=co
Filter: <null>

Business category policy is not getting invoked for users with businesscategory=0
