Soa-Infra Application Starts in "Failed" State due to, 'IllegalArgumentException: Registered more than one instance with the same objectName'

Symptoms

On : SOA 11.1.1.4, WebLogic Server 10.3.4, Database 11.2.0.2

Two SOA Hosts (say, SOAHost1 and SOAHost2) point to same domain without using cluster environment.
The following deployment errors appears:

<Error> <JMX> <BEA-149500> <An exception occurred while registering the MBean null.
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Registered more than one instance with the same objectName : com.bea:ServerRuntime=soa_server1,Name=oracle.bpm.bpm-services.ejb.jar,ApplicationRuntime=soa-infra,Type=EJBComponentRuntime new:EJBComponentRuntimeMBean: name=oracle.bpm.bpm-services.ejb.jar existing EJBComponentRuntimeMBean: name=oracle.bpm.bpm-services.ejb.jar
