PDF Conversions Fail Due to Missing Ghostscript Distiller Parameters (Doc ID 1366511.1)

Symptoms

The IBR is configured to use Office to print files to postscript and then use a ghostscript distiller to convert the postscript files to PDF.

The conversions fail. In the IBR log several errors may be generated:
