Error reported in Import Server log:

10/12/11 14:52:15 1137 File is being processed through the Oracle Document Capture printer.
10/12/11 14:53:15 1316 ***Error***Maximum time between pages exceeded.
10/12/11 14:53:15 5139 The attachment [MESSAGE] was determined to be invalid.
10/12/11 14:53:15 1116 No pages were added to the new batch. This batch will be removed.
10/12/11 14:53:15 5218 Message was not imported.

Not appearing for all emails, but will repeat when processing an email that has displayed the error.

Changes

Emails were being sent with the message body using HTML format.
