Missing BPEL Instances Need To Be Re-Created From Existing Imaging Documents (Doc ID 1368595.1)

Symptoms

Due to any number of issues outside of WebCenter Content: Imaging, there is a time period where the BPEL tasks that were associated with a document in Imaging are no longer available. The documents are still in Imaging but are missing the BPEL counterpart. You need to be able to re-create the BPEL instances without re-indexing the original document.
