Symptoms


Using the Content Presenter Task Flow to fetch HTML content from the content server.  At run time, it returns an authorization exception for the user: 

Caused by: oracle.webcenter.content.integration.AuthenticationException:

SEVERE: Error authenticating to repository: ucm. Possible cause could include, but is not limited to a bad repository configuration or the repository is unknown. 
Error message: Jul 27, 2011 10:06:30 AM oracle.webcenter.content.integration.spi.ucm.UCMBridge getConfigInfo
SEVERE: Unable to retrieve configuration information for Content Server associated with repository ucm at host <HOSTNAME> :<PORT>. When calling service CONFIG_INFO, as user <USERID>, at timestamp 7/27/11 10:06 AM, recieved status code -1.

Caused by: oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException: Unable to retrieve configuration information. User '<USERID>' does not have sufficient privileges.
