ESSO-LM Not Working With Rumba (Mainframe Client) on some workstations (Doc ID 1369498.1)

The ESSO-LM agent is not detecting or responding to the login window for the RUMBA 2000 mainframe emulator on newly deployed workstations. The ESSO-LM agent has been working with the RUMBA 2000 mainframe emulator on other workstations prior to the recent deployment of new hardware systems. The issue is preventing users from using the RUMBA emulator with ESSO-LM on the newly deployed workstations.
