Delay In Response While Logging In to GlassFish 3.x Admin-Console (Doc ID 1369996.1)

Symptoms

While logging in to GlassFish 3.x Admin console, there is a long wait before the admiin user is able to login successfully.  While no error appear on the login screen, there is a long wait for the login process to be completed.
