OAM 11g : Audit Log File Can Not Be Rotated if FileSize Limit Reached - User Login Are Blocked

Goal

When the audit filter is open and audit file reached the maximum file size, the audit file can't be rotated and users can't get log in.

Audit log rotation works without exception.
