A custom program fails because Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 11g Server returns 'Resource is not protected' response for the resource used by the prorgam.

The customer has created a Java class leveraging the OAM Access Client API, to programmatically create OAM 11g user sessions. The oamasdk-api.jar file from the ofm_oam_sdk_generic_11. download is used.

Documentation reference:

Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer's Guide for Oracle Access Manager and Oracle Security Token Service 11g Release 1 (11.1.1)
