Symptoms

Logon Manager will not respond to any web application launched in Internet Explorer.  The same applications are recognized by Logon Manager using another supported browser, Mozilla Firefox.  Restarting or reinstalling Logon Manager has no affect on this issue.  The Same Template works in Internet Explorer on another desktop.
