Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 10g and Single Sign-On (SSO) 10g  all installed on a single node and all are working ok.

After new SSO user account is created, when the user accesses a FORM and logs on for the first time they are redirected to an HTTP (non-ssl) site and get a page just with a few non-ascii characters (i.e., four square boxes for example).

If the user simply manually adds an "s" to "http" portion of the URL window, then the SSO redirect works fine, and all subsequent logons are also fine.

The problem is only on the first time a user logs on.

If going directly to the SSO and OIDDAS home URLs and login, they redirect correctly.

Steps to reproduce:
- Create new SSO user
- Go to initial Forms URL :
- It redirects to the SSO page with username and password login prompt.  URL shown is:
- Next page shown has unreadable characters (i.e., 4 square boxes) and has URL showing http instead of https

Recently re-configured SSO for SSL.
