After a Successful Login, Get the "User Not Found In Identity Store" Error when Loading the Page. (Doc ID 1370926.1)

WebCenter Spaces PS4 ( has been configured with OID Have OIDAuthenticator and OSSOIdentityAssertor for Oracle 10g SSO integration.

User successfully login to WebCenter spaces, the "display name" is correctly displayed on the toolbar. However, when the body of the page loads,  get an error saying that "user is not found in the identity store".

WC_Spaces_diagnostic.log shows:

WebTier (OHS) is on version which has been registered with WebCenter Portal and WebLogic servers are PS4 (
This set up works in Linux, it does not work in Solaris.
