Symptoms
When installing Oracle Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.x (Oracle Portal, Forms, Reports, and Discoverer 11 installation) on Unix server, the Prerequisite Checks are not working. For all four items (operating system certification, operating system packages, kernel parameters, and glibc version), it returns the following messages:
