Flip Factory Cannot Connect to an NFS Drive when It Is Run as a Service (Doc ID 1370989.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Content Server 10g is set up on a Linux Server, and Inbound Refinery (Conversion Server) is set up on a Windows Server. Flip Factory is installed on the same Windows server as the Inbound Refinery. An NFS share is set up between the two filesystems. If Flip Factory is run as an application it can connect to the NFS Share, but if it runs as a service it cannot. The service is using an account that has RW access to the NFS Share. Flip Factory requires a connection at the FileSystem Level.

Are there any issues with using an NFS Share and connecting?
