Symptoms

When trying to add a group as a member to a group space then instead of the group, the users contained in the group are added.

When you give a permission that group in WebCenter, it is splitting groups and giving permissions to the users that are a member of that group and not to the group itself which causes problems when adding new users that do not automatically inherit the group privileges.

The issue started to show up after the UCM was upgraded from 10gr3 to 11.1.1.5.
