Oracle GoldenGate (OGG) Replicat abends with Database errors such as Oracle DB errors ORA-01403, ORA-00001, etc.

The Replicat abends with a Oracle GoldenGate error (OGG-) and also displays a database error.
When the replicat abends with a database error it usually abends with messages in the report file as a Mapping error,

In the above example the main cause of this abend is SQL error 1403, which is 'data not found'. In this specific example, replicat was trying to update a row and could not find it in the target database.
