Oracle iPlanet Web Server Hangs And Does Not Respond Under HTTPS Traffic.

On Web Server 6.x and 7.x with HTTPS/SSL enabled, the web server hangs and do not respond to web access. The stack trace (using pstack or thru gdb) from the web server shows something of the following nature for one of the threads:
