Standalone Report Server does not start after assigning AD account to OPMN Service (Doc ID 1371533.1)

Oracle Reports Developer - Version 11.1.1.4.0 and later
Oracle Platform Security for Java - Version All to 12.1.3.0.0
Microsoft Windows (32-bit) - OS Version: 7
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) - Version: 2008 R2

Symptoms

Install Oracle FMW 11g Release 1 version 11.1.1.4.0 server on MS Windows 2008 or MS Windows 7. Assign a network user account or active directory user account to run the OPMN service. After doing this the RptSvr_server_asinst_1 will not start. If you remove the Network/AD account and go back to the local account you will be able to start the report server.

You will see below error message in rwserver_diagnostic.log file

REP-50125 : An internal exception occurred: oracle.security.jps.service.keystore.KeyStoreServiceException:
JPS-06514: Opening of file based farm keystore failed
