UNSPSC Version 13 Causes Import Issues With EDQP (formerly OPDQ) (Doc ID 1371626.1)

Symptoms

The latest version of UNSPSC has descriptions that include embedded commas.  This throws off the EDQP import process and results in all such items (and any sub-items below them in the schema) to be dropped.
