  • executing the Mapviewer sample: Oracle Spatial Network Data Model Demo - Within Cost Polygon Analysis will generate an
    ORA-7445 CORE Dump [OCI_concavehull()+3999] when executing sdo_geom.sdo_concavehull().
    this only happens, when a big Cost like 100000 is given on the Demo and not for smaller costs like 1000.

  • in the Mapviewer log output the following error can be seen:

    java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: No more data to read from socket.
  • in the alert log file of the database the following error can be seen and a trace file is generated:

    ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [OCI_concavehull()+4359] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x41858A5] [Address not mapped to object] []
