Unable to Use Tab or Enter Keys in the IPM Search Form Tool (Doc ID 1372580.1)

Symptoms

When opening the Search Form tool in the Windows client using the magnifying glass icon, you are unable to move between the fields using the "TAB" key, and unable to execute the search using the "Enter" key.

This appears to work on the first attempt, but after closing and reopening the tool, subsequent attempts do not work.
