Symptoms
When attempting to connect using WLST, the following error occurs.
WLSTException: Error occurred while performing connect Error getting the initial context. There is no server running at t3://host:port.
wls:/offline> dumpStack()
This Exception occurred at Mon Oct 31 12:45:12 PDT 2011.
