Symptoms

After specifying the -Dweblogic.security.SSL.protocolVersion=SSL3 option in JAVA_OPTIONS and restarting WebLogic Server, in some environments, the menu tree on the left panel could not be displayed correctly and it shows an error in the Java Console:
