 Using a Public Database Link for a WCC Table/View for Option List
 On REMOTEDB, create table called "test" and insert 2 rows.
 
On WCCDB, create public database link
 On WCCDB, create synonym
 
 On WCCDB, test query on synonym to verify rows can be selected
 Create a view in WCC Configuration Manager
 Create a metadata field to use the view
