Symptoms

The issue was reproduce on both Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 2008 R2 and Linux x86-64 Red Hat Enterprise 5
Reports version: 11.1.1.x

Report execution is failing with errors: REP-1800 and VGS-1701
