Accessing WebCenter Content (formerly UCM)-stored SSXA Content Results in 'File Does Not Exist' Error (Doc ID 1373996.1)

When attempting to load pages in a Site Studio for External Applications site, assets or the entire page fails to load and the following error is thrown into the Content Server logs.
