In Oracle Service Bus (OSB) the following scenarios have to be implemented:

1) OSB has to be able to invoke an external service encrypting request payload and decrypting service response

2) OSB has to expose an HTTP Proxy service that requires an encrypted payload and has to answer with an encrypted response
