Archive Imports Fail Due to Error csChangeAuthorPermissionDenied "You Have Insufficient Privileges to Change the Author." (Doc ID 1374704.1)

1. Archive transfers fail

It could be both auto replications and manual transfers and imports that fail. Or it could be that the auto replication fails but a manual transfer and import may still work.

These are some example errors in the target Content Server Archiver logs:

"Automation failure. Import error for archive 'FromDevtoProdExpress' in collection 'ccm_contrib': Failed to delete previous files for 'CCM1_043843' during update. You have insufficient privileges to change the author. [Details ]
An error has occurred. The stack trace below shows more information.

intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csUpdateFileDeleteFailed,CCM1_043843!csChangeAuthorPermissionDenied"

2. On the target Content Server the Archiver logs are not getting written to
