Distributed Capture Client Freezes for 10 to 15 Minutes in Internet Explorer Browser Session (Doc ID 1374996.1)

Symptoms

When using the Distributed Capture client, there are periodic Internet Explorer freezes that can occur on any platform (XP IE 7, and Windows 7 IE 8). The freeze seems to occur for 10-15 minutes then control is brought back to the Internet Explorer window. The entire Internet Explorer window freezes, but work can be done if opening a separate instance of Internet Explorer and can even reconnect to the Distributed Capture server in a new IE window.
