  1. Upon stopping a remote JMS, local applications stop processing messages from local JMS and other remote JMS which are still running.
  2. No dependency exists between the JMS which was shut down and local services. They should continue processing regardless of the NON-DEPENDENT remote JMS being stopped.
  3. Active messages backup on JMS per Enterprise Manager
