Symptoms

Cannot create new entry with DSCC.

The New Entry creation works once after restarting Tomcat, but after that the 'New Entry' creation window just hangs with no output.

Clicking "Cancel" on the 'New Entry' creation window, displays the following pop up error message:

ErrorApplication Error
The following error has occurred:  The request was not handled by the specified handler
"com.sun.web.admin.directory.dcc.TasksViewBean@xxxxx"
Show Details


Clicking 'Show Details' displays the following pop up error message:

javax.servlet.ServletException: The request was not handled by the
specified handler "com.sun.web.admin.directory.dcc.TasksViewBean@xxxxx"
