The goal of this document is to perform a basic sanity check of your recently created WebLogic Server (WLS) Domain deploying an application and confirming it works fine. A sample Java Web application is provided in this document as well.

Note the scope of this document is to perform a simple sanity check, not to help deploying a complex Java Web application, ADF or SOA composite. All application deployment types and ways of deployment are covered in the Deployment Process of the Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator's Guide.
