Symptoms

You have created a Simulation for one of your processes. After an initial Simulation execution you detected bottlenecks on different Interactive activities.

No matter how the Capacity is increased, i.e. from 1 to 8 User Resources for different Roles where a bottleneck is found, the "Average Process Time" and "Average Waiting Time" are shown with practically the same values.
