Symptoms
1. Oracle.security.jps.JpsException: [PolicyUtil] Exception while getting default policy error after adding keystore through EM
2. This is required to establish connectivity between Enterprise SOA and Fusion DOO env
3. Follow errors reported in the AdminServer.log:
