Symptoms

 After configuring WCC so that the standalone administration applications will execute per <Document 1265076.1> , the applications launch but certain menu items are not accessible, or window selections don't function or display as expected.

Sometimes this behavior manifests when any menu item on the application is selected, the menu list appears but then disappears immediately after the mouse selection button is released.
