Newly Created Page In Webcenter Portal Disappears When Running Application again (Doc ID 1377686.1)

Goal

When creating a simple Webcenter Portal application from JDeveloper and running this application takes to the target URL something like below :

http://<HOST>:<PORT>/myappln-Portal-context-root/faces/pages_home?_afrLoop=593907404413725&_afrWindowMode=0&_afrWindowId=63l1l2woh_10#%40%3F_afrWindowId%3D63l1l2woh_10%26_afrLoop%3D593907404413725%26_afrWindowMode%3D0%26_adf.ctrl-state%3D63l1l2woh_102

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Login as weblogic/weblogic1.
2.  Go to "Administration"
3.  "Create Page" Example: "testpage".
4.  Now when re-running this Portal application via JDeveloper,  this newly created page "testpage" do not appear anymore and could only see"Home" page.

This new created page disappear when re-running the application in JDeveloper.
