Document Preview Not Working from Spaces - Dynamic Conversion Problem (Doc ID 1377797.1)

This WebCenter instance has been configured with Enterprise Content Server following the documentation below:

When trying to preview a document in Spaces document explorer task flow, we get an Apache error.
Further investigation shows that content server (ECM) - WebCenter integration is working fine (we get the iframe integration in the document checking screen), but then there is an error in the Content Server  Dynamic Converter Service.

After enabling the UCM dynamic converter tracing, the following was seen:

-1904 Error occurred in file 'C:/Oracle/MIDDLE~1/ORACLE~2/ucm/idc/components/DynamicConverter/resources/dynamicconverter_resource.htm' at line 314 and character 13. Cannot find the parameter 'conversionLayout'.
