HTML Tag Appears After Searcing Discussion Forum if Term Not Found

Symptoms
When doing a search in Discussions, ie (owc_discussions) you try to search with text as such:
"tst" in the forum search, After clicking on search one see's:
No search results for "ts". You should try a less restrictive search.
Did you mean: <em>its</em>
Notice the <em></em>
