Cannot Resubmit Video and Images After Failed Conversion In DAM

Images and videos are sent to the IBR for DAM conversions. If for whatever reason the conversion fails the IBR does not send back the renditions zip file.

When attempting to resubmit the item, an error will occur stating that the renditions zip file is missing and the resubmit will fail.

A system audit trace will show this type of exception:
