Import Server is not Deleting / Forwarding Emails with Invalid Attachment Types (Doc ID 1379405.1)

When the Import Server processes an email that does not contain attachment types that the batch job is not configured to import, the email will error and remain in the Inbox. The batch job is configured on the "Post-Processing" tab to "Delete Message & Forward To" for emails that fail to import, but these emails remain in the Inbox and are reprocessed every time the batch job fires (until someone manually removes the emails from the email Inbox).
