Symptoms
Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 10g 10.1.4.2.0 with Directory Integration Platform (DIP).
Bootstrap from Active Directory (AD) to OID fails with bootstrap.log error [LDAP: error code 1 - Dynamic group cache update failed.] on every entry:

Already doublechecked all resources are ok as per following note:

Manually adding a user to OID with ldapadd command line, meeting the requirements of the dynamic group membership, works fine also.
