"Expected Hexadecimal Digit" Javascript Error When Trying To Edit or View a Content Folio (Doc ID 1380501.1)

Symptoms

When trying to edit or view a Content Folio in UCM 10.1.3.5.1 for an external user whose username starts with "u" (e.g.: TEST\utest), the following Javascript error message is reported:

"Expected hexadecimal digit".



All company users are external users and were created EITHER through Active Directory replicator to the USERS table OR when they logged on the content server for the first time.

### Steps to Reproduce ###

1- Set up Content Server 10.1.3.5.1.
2- Create a folio with some nodes
3- Create a user starting with "u" and a domain (e.g.: "TEST\utest")
4- Log on with the created user
5- Search for the folio
6- Open the folio (edit or view)
